In the spirit of post-modernism, many churches and ministries have departed from a basic and simple truth of the administration of God’s kingdom. As Babylonism, spirit of self, widens with the increase of post-modernism theology, the ‘theocratical’ nature of God’s government has been tossed out and democracy has been ushered in. Because of this very reason, many spiritual visionaries and anointed leaders have been muffled and life sucked out of them in the atmosphere of democratic leadership. The church of Jesus Christ has been designed to function under theocratic government. Theocracy is hierarchical in nature; the great shepherd at the top, then the under shepherds, and then the supporting leaders namely elders.

The church of Tokkummaa warra Hoolaa fi Leencaa is wholly devoted to the exercise of the true biblical theocracy in her governing board, as it is reflected both in the old and new testaments. Our lord Jesus, in his teaching on this leadership concept, said ‘’But Jesus called them to him and said, ‘You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you; but whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave; even as the Son of man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mat. 20:25-28(RSV). Theocratic government coupled with spirit of servanthood is God’s perfect desire of his church.
